So you’re on my about page so you obviously wanna know something about me. Well – Bless your heart!!

I am a middle aged southern woman with 3 kids, a husband, a full time job and a part time job. Two of my kids have hit those God forsaken teenage years and one is on the precipice. Needless to say none of them are very happy with mama starting a blog. I don’t know why they would be more worried about me embarrassing them here than on Facebook daily, but the looks of terror on their faces seem to convince me. Oh well- mama needs to write so mama writes.

I love my family and my life, but I have always been that person that just says what she thinks and damn the torpedoes!! I can be what some people consider irreverent, but I consider it an ability to see the humor in life. Whatever your take- enjoy!!!
